Job Purpose
The FP&A; Manager is responsible for the preparation, analysis and communication of financial performance across the North Africa region (Morocco, Algeria, Egypt and French West Africa).The role supports monthly management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and business performance management while acting as the key liaison between North Africa, Corporate Finance, Home Office and FSS teams.In a lean finance organization, the role requires a hands-on approach, combining financial analysis, business partnering and stakeholder management to support decision-making and ensure timely reporting. The FP&A; Manager is accountable not only for producing the numbers but also for understanding, explaining and communicating the story behind the numbers to Corporate and regional leadership teams.
Key Accountabilities - 1
Management Reporting & Financial Analysis
• Prepare monthly management reporting for North Africa, including sales, profitability, gross margin and operating expense analysis.
• Analyze actual performance versus Budget, Forecast and Prior Year, and explain key business drivers and variances.
• Prepare monthly management presentations, executive reviews and ad hoc analyses required by regional and Corporate stakeholders.
• Review key management reporting inputs including sales data, export registers and expense allocations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support management through financial modelling, scenario analyses and performance assessments.

Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning
• Support the preparation and consolidation of Forecasts, LBEs, Budgets and Strategic Plans across North Africa.
• Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams to collect, validate and challenge business assumptions.
• Prepare forecast bridges, scenario analyses and business outlook updates for management and Corporate reviews.
