Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Security, Governance & Policy to lead team, the team responsible for building and maintaining the security, governance, and compliance foundation of our enterprise AI platform. This role is critical to ensuring that AI agents, enterprise data, and platform services operate securely, comply with organizational and regulatory requirements, and adhere to enterprise security standards.
As the Technical Lead, you will define and own the platform's security architecture,



including identity and access management, authentication and authorization, secrets management, policy enforcement, audit logging, and data governance. You will work closely with engineering teams, enterprise architects, the CISO organization, risk and compliance teams, and business stakeholders to build a secure, scalable, and trusted AI platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the platform's end-to-end security framework, ensuring enterprise-grade security across AI agents, services, and infrastructure.
- Design and own the enterprise identity and access management model, including authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least-privilege access principles.
- Develop secure mechanisms for secrets management, encryption, key management, certificate lifecycle management, and secure credential hand
