What would you do? • The Employee Lifecycle and Payroll GPO is responsible for driving effective governance operational performance and continuous improvement across Employee Lifecycle and Payroll processes within the assigned global scope. The role provides functional and process expertise to ensure service quality operational effectiveness adherence to applicable standards and achievement of client and service objectives.

• The role will work across Employee Lifecycle and Payroll operations to strengthen process consistency controls governance and service performance while identifying opportunities for business process excellence automation and improved service delivery.
• Versatile shift alignment across global time zones including evening coverage if required.

• Relevant years of exp with significant experience in HR operations Employee Lifecycle and Payroll, HR experience relevant to Employee Lifecycle and Workforce Administration, experience managing teams and key client stakeholders for payroll operations
