The role will be based in Gurgaon and reports to Chief Financial Officer of India.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Craft a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and growth objectives post IPO.
• Drive Tenneco’s market valuation by maximizing investor demand and by effectively communicating the company’s investment proposition.
S/he should be able to positively influence valuation multiples by through effectively positioning the Company.
• Think strategically and structurally to enhance the ability of the investors to understand the drivers of the Company’s performance and strategic vision, and thus lead to a more effective market for the its stock. § Serve as the primary interface with domestic and global analysts and investors and develop deep and trust based working relationships with them. S/he will nurture relationships with existing analysts and investors and introduce new, high quality relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries.
