Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aerospace Structural Assembly role based at TLMAL’s facility in Hyderabad.



The role involves assembling aircraft structural components according to engineering drawings, process sheets, and standard operating procedures, ensuring dimensional accuracy and structural integrity. Daily responsibilities include working with mechanical assemblies, using hand and power tools, performing basic soldering where required, and following established workflows to meet production targets and safety standards. The role also requires close coordination with quality and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues, perform in-process inspections, and maintain detailed documentation of work performed. The individual will be expected to adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
