Job Description

What your role will involve day-to-day:
Communication management
• Delivers outstanding customer service to our candidates on a range of queries regarding the application processes or general right-to-work queries. The coordinator will also know where to find expert advice through being in close touch with the people operations team in our global offices and the talent acquisition operation team.

• Is comfortable solving queries via emails, calls, zoom meetings as well as face-to-face interactions.





• Ability to show integrity and maintain confidentiality at all times, especially when dealing with sensitive data or PII

Recruitment process coordination
• Understanding our tools such as the ATS system and Cronofy (scheduling tool)

• Coordinate interviews and other recruitment activities across multiple time zones globally

• Conduct thorough candidate briefings on interview processes, assessment criteria, ensuring candidates are well-prepared for each stage of the recruitment process

• Manage all Workday activity for all early career admin e.g. updating candidate records

• Facilitate in-person assessments days for candidates, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of assessment activities

• Conduct background screenings

Process improvement
• Works closely with the Programmes and Experience Specialist in identifying areas of improvement within existing HR processes to improve overall candidate experience
