Are you an experienced Sales or Customer Service professional who enjoys connecting with people and helping parents make the right choices for their children? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team
? Location: Sector 48, Gurugram, Haryana
? Experience: 2+ years
? Education: Graduate
? Candidate Preference: Candidates currently residing in Gurugram and comfortable commuting to Sector 48.
? What will you be doing?• ? Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents.
• ? Understand parent requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• ? Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
• ? Schedule centre visits and follow up with prospective parents.
• ? Respond to WhatsApp enquiries and guide parents through the admission process.
• ? Work towards defined sales and admission targets.
? Who are we looking for?• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or admission counselling.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and diallers.
• A customer-focused mindset with robust follow-up and persuasion skills.
• Must currently reside in Gurugram and be able to commute to Sector 48.
