About the role
Role Purpose
Lead a team of 7 Supply Chain Process Experts responsible for driving
New Product Incubation, Customer Non-Standard BID support, Process Simplification, Process Documentation and Supply Chain Tool Transformation.
The role acts as a key Supply Chain interface across Product Management, Sourcing, Service Implementation, SLMs, Finance and other stakeholders to assess business requirements,
develop effective end-to-end supply chain solutions and ensure operational readiness for recent and existing products.
The role is responsible for prioritising and allocating projects across the team, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives, developing team capabilities and providing regular visibility of performance and progress to Supply Chain leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Project Portfolio Management
• Lead and manage a team of 7 Supply Chain Process Experts with accountability for their respective projects and deliverables.
• Assess incoming requirements, prioritise the project portfolio and allocate appropriate project managers/process experts based on complexity, expertise and business priorities.
• Establish clear objectives, timelines, deliverables and accountability for projects managed by the team.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance
