Role Description The Consultant – CSD role at Pelatro is a full-time, in office position based in Chittoor. This role involves working closely with telecommunications clients to implement and optimize Pelatro’s customer engagement and campaign management solutions. The Consultant will analyze customer data and business requirements,



configure platform features, and support end-to-end solution deployment. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, conducting user training, and providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting. The Consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback from client engagements and suggesting enhancements to products and processes.
Qualifications
• Ability to understand customer engagement, campaign management, and contextual marketing concepts and apply them in telecommunications use cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting business requirements, customer data, and solution performance metrics.
• Experience working with enterprise software implementations, including configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.
