We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to manage purchasing operations, supplier relationships, price negotiations, inventory requirements, and procurement reporting. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to support data-driven purchasing decisions.
Experience in sourcing mobile phone spare parts will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities according to business requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Source products from domestic and international markets to ensure competitive pricing and consistent availability.




• Request and compare supplier quotations to determine the best combination of price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
• Negotiate prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
• Create, process, and track purchase orders from order placement through delivery.
• Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, sales, finance, and management teams to identify purchasing requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and product demand to plan replenishment and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
• Maintain updated records of suppliers, quotations, product costs, purchase orders, and delivery status.
• Track supplier performance regarding product quality, pricing, delivery commitments, and order accuracy.
