Do you enjoy helping guests find the right holiday home—and turning an enquiry into a confirmed booking?

Hostie manages a curated portfolio of holiday homes, villas, farm stays and serviced apartments. We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Reservations skilled to help grow our bookings and deliver a thoughtful, responsive experience from the very first interaction.

The Role:

You will own the sales journey from enquiry to booking: understanding guest requirements, recommending suitable properties, sharing proposals, following up consistently and closing reservations.

Key responsibilities:

* Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, our website, social media and booking platforms.

* Understand guests’ requirements, budgets and occasions, and recommend the most suitable properties and experiences.

* Prepare clear, accurate quotations and confidently explain pricing, inclusions and booking policies.





* Take ownership of follow-ups—keep every promising enquiry moving towards a decision.

* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while working within approved pricing and discount guidelines.

* Maintain an accurate enquiry tracker or CRM, recording conversations, booking potential, next actions and reasons for lost business.

* Manage availability, reservations, payment follow-ups and booking confirmations with attention to detail.

* Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth handover of guest requirements and commitments.

* Build repeat business through guest relationships and thoughtful outreach to past guests.

* Track sales performance and share practical insights on guest demand, pricing objections and missed opportunities.

Who we’re looking for

* Ideally 2–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, reservations, holiday rentals, travel sales or a closely related role.
