Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Baner, Pune. The individual will identify and develop current business opportunities in domestic and international markets for organic crop protection and related product lines, including building and managing relationships with distributors, institutional buyers, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities• Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients, generate leads,



and build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
• Client Outreach: Reach the right decision-makers, establish connections, and secure meetings with potential clients.
• Meeting Management: Proactively coordinate, schedule, and follow up on client meetings to drive business discussions forward.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and well-organised databases, lead trackers, and client information using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Business Presentations: Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, business proposals, and internal reviews.
• Communication & Follow-ups: Communicate confidently in Hindi and English, follow up consistently, and ensure opportunities do not get lost due to a lack of follow-through.
• Travel & Coordination: Be willing to travel whenever required to support business development activities and client engagements.
