We are looking for a commercially driven High-Ticket Sales & Revenue Manager who can close high-value bookings, build premium customer relationships and take ownership of sales performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive high-ticket sales for luxury villas, private villa buyouts, group stays, destination celebrations, retreats and curated travel experiences.
* Own and achieve mandatory monthly sales, booking and revenue targets.
* Handle premium and HNI/UHNI customer enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
* Manage the complete sales cycle,



including lead qualification, customer consultation, follow-ups, negotiations, objection handling and deal closure.
* Understand customer requirements, budgets, group sizes and occasions to recommend suitable properties and customised packages.
* Build relationships with HNI customers, corporate clients, wedding planners, travel partners and premium customer networks.
* Drive upselling, premium add-ons, repeat bookings and customer referrals to increase average booking value.
* Monitor sales pipeline, lead response time, conversion ratio, average booking value and revenue performance.
* Identify recent business opportunities and partnerships to expand sales and revenue channels.
* Guide and mentor sales team members on high-ticket selling, negotiation, customer handling and closing techniques.
* Coordinate with marketing, operations and property partners to ensure a seamless booking experience.
