Job Description Summary
The Workday Product Owner for a part of the Workday capabilities, with the objective of providing optimal technology support for our HR strategy, driving employee experience and improving HR efficiency and effectiveness.
In working closely with the HR function, the transformation office and external partners, the role is responsible to understand, challenge and translate Time Mgmt business requirements into effective solutions, by combining technology capabilities with smart process design, transparent roles, responsibilities and data definitions. This straddles the whole life cycle,



from strategy and architecture work, proactively bringing in ideas and planning out a roadmap, over focused delivery of projects, to ensuring a proper handover to production, periodic monitoring of effective usage and compliance, as well as supporting the ongoing maintenance and evolution.

Key Responsibilities
· Translate HR business requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions within Workday Time Off, Leave of Absence and Time Tracking.
· Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and documentation of Workday Time Mgmt solutions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices.
· Facilitate design and discovery workshops with stakeholders to define optimal solutions while considering platform capabilities, architectural standards, and long-term maintainability.
