About the job:
We're looking for a Sales Manager who can own revenue for Airtribe's GenAI programs and lead a team of 10 to 15 sales professionals in Bengaluru.This is a hands-on leadership role suited for professionals who have sold upskilling programs in EdTech, have built and run high-performing sales teams, and use AI tools like Claude Code, Codex and Copilot in their own work.

CTC : Upto 12LPA Fixed + Variable + ESPOS
Joining : Within 15 days

Key Responsiblites :
• Own monthly revenue targets for the GenAI program and deliver them consistently.
• Lead, coach and manage a team of 10 to 15 sales professionals, from hiring and onboarding to daily performance.
• Run daily huddles, call reviews and 1:1s to lift conversion, talk time and pipeline quality.
• Track funnel metrics (leads, connects, demos, conversions, revenue) and act fast on drop-offs.
• Use AI tools like Claude, Codex and Copilot to automate reporting, build sales assets and speed up team workflows.




• Demo and explain GenAI concepts and tools clearly so the team can sell them with confidence.
• Work with Marketing, Pre-Sales and Post-Sales to improve lead quality, messaging and learner experience.
• Share market and learner feedback with the program team to sharpen the product.

Who you are :
• 1 to 5 years of sales experience in EdTech, ideally selling upskilling or certification programs to working professionals.
• Has led a sales team of 10 to 15 people, with a track record of hitting team targets.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex and GitHub Copilot, and comfort learning new ones quickly.
• Solid grasp of the inside sales funnel and the metrics that drive it.
• Excellent communication, coaching and objection-handling skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ready to work on-site in Bengaluru.

• Have sold GenAI or AI programs at an EdTech
