Job summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst – GTM FP&A; to join our Finance organization. This role will report directly to the VP of FP&A; and will play a key role in supporting the company’s GTM planning, reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
The ideal candidate has solid financial modeling and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex SaaS performance data into clear and concise reporting for senior leadership.
This role will have significant exposure to ARR, bookings, revenue, billings,
churn, renewals, expansions, contractions, and retention metrics, with a particular focus on building and maintaining reporting models and executive-level reporting decks.
The position will be based in India and will work closely with Finance leadership in both India and the U.S. The role will also have a dotted-line relationship with the Director of Finance – India.
What you will do
SaaS Topline Reporting & Analysis
Own and maintain recurring reporting for key SaaS topline metrics, including:

• ARR
• Bookings
• Billings
• Revenue
• Dollar-based Gross Retention (GRR)
• Dollar-based Net Retention (NRR)
• Churn
• Contraction
• Expansion
• New business
• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Identify key drivers and variances within the SaaS topline and clearly communicate findings to Finance leadership.
