As a Real Estate Form 1065 Senior Associate you will support tax compliance work for real estate clients within our Tax Services practice, preparing and reviewing Form 1065 deliverables, analyzing financial information, and helping clients meet filing obligations. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections,
and guide junior team members while developing deeper technical skills and business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to compliance activities across client engagements, use tax tools and methodologies to interpret data and prepare returns, and help validate that work is delivered in line with firm standards and independence requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the calculation of State and Foreign (IRC 1446, IRC 1441) tax withholdings
• Assist in the review of non-resident state withholding waivers forms
• Review the following tax forms: 1065, 1120, 588, 1099, W-8, 8832, 8875, 8865, 8937, 8082, 966
• Perform Federal K-1 schedule and State K-1 schedule review for all Partners
• Prepare and review tax work papers that calculate partnership taxable income
• Gather and analyze financial information from underlying portfolio companies
• Track partnership/partner tax basis
