Role Description This is a full time, on-site Franchise Development Manager role based in Noida. The Franchise Development Manager will identify and qualify prospective franchise partners, manage lead generation activities, and drive franchise sales to expand the Little Leaders Schools network.



The role involves developing business plans and franchise models, conducting market analysis, and preparing proposals and presentations for potential partners. The individual will nurture relationships with franchisees, support them through onboarding, and coordinate training and ongoing guidance to ensure adherence to academic and operational standards. The Franchise Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of franchise processes.
