Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a forward-thinking Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Ensure software applications adhere to strict performance and security standards.
• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Design, write, and deploy clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.




• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
