ABOUT MENTORIA
Mentoria is a leading career discovery and planning platform dedicated to helping individuals make informed career choices. We combine psychometric assessments, expert counselling, and an expansive knowledge base to guide students and professionals on their journey. Through our CSR and NGO partnerships, we also take career guidance to young people who have rarely had access to it.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This is not a typical back-office internship. As our Operations & Customer Success Intern, you will be the voice that keeps students and parents supported through their Mentoria journey, from the first call to the final follow-up.

Alongside the internship, you will get paid freelance opportunities on our offline implementations with partner NGOs. Working with one of our counsellors,



you will manage entire on-ground implementations with underprivileged girls in Kolkata, helping many of them think seriously about their future for the first time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Success
- Make customer success calls to students and parents, understanding their needs and guiding them through Mentoria's programmes.
- Make timely follow-up calls so every customer completes their journey and no one falls through the cracks.
- Handle queries and concerns with empathy and clarity, and escalate where needed.

2. Operations & Scheduling
- Schedule counselling sessions and coordinate calendars between counsellors, students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sessions and follow-ups in our systems.
- Flag recurring issues and suggest small process improvements.

3. Offline Implementations (Paid Freelance)
- Manage end-to-end on-ground implementations with NGO partners, alongside a Mentoria counsellor.
