The Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) team is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's core IT infrastructure, including servers and virtual machines. The team focuses on infrastructure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance.
The IaaS team also supports infrastructure automation, capacity planning, incident resolution, and infrastructure optimization. Its primary goal is to provide a reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure platform that enables applications and business services to run smoothly.

Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day infrastructure operations across Windows and Linux server environments along with server administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor infrastructure health, availability, capacity, and performance & investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Assist with server provisioning, builds, deployments, decommissioning & support infrastructure migration,



technology refresh, and modernization projects.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance optimization.
• Support user access management, permissions, and system configuration activities.
• Maintain infrastructure security, OS hardening, and compliance standards.
• Assist with storage, file systems, networking, DNS, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of preventive measures.
• Assist with backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery activities.
• Support automation and scripting using PowerShell, Shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Collaborate with application, database, network, storage, security, and cloud teams.
