We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Performance and Reward Consulting.

Purpose of the role

The Performance and Reward Consultant provides insight-led consulting and decision support across performance and reward. Based in Hyderabad, the role will initially support activities across Europe, working with Performance and Reward Partners,



Country People Heads and specialist colleagues to deliver high-quality advisory and selected operational support.

The role translates policy, analytics and market information into clear options and recommendations, supports cyclical processes and strengthens standardisation, control and continuous improvement. As priorities evolve, the role may rotate across geographies, stakeholder portfolios, products, processes and projects.

In this role, you will:

Provide guidance, constructive challenge and technical knowledge across performance, compensation and related Performance and Reward matters, interpreting policy and seeking specialist input where required.

Support cyclical processes, including year-end performance and pay review, market data, pay equity reviews, fixed pay range reviews, variable pay reviews and other activities within scope.
