Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a results-driven Learning and Development Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Develop comprehensive training and professional development programs.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and strict compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote,



distributed environment.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS systems and employee engagement platforms.
