Role Description The Mentor role at Vivahe is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Mentor will guide clients through the matchmaking journey, conducting in-depth consultations to understand their preferences, values, and life goals, and offering balanced,



practical advice at each stage. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and assessing profiles, facilitating introductions, preparing clients for conversations with potential matches, and supporting families in managing expectations and communication. The Mentor will collaborate closely with the internal matchmaking team to refine shortlists, maintain accurate records of interactions, and ensure that each engagement remains confidential, respectful, and aligned with Vivahe’s standards. The role also involves handling sensitive conversations with empathy, providing structured feedback, and helping clients navigate decisions with maturity and clarity.
