Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role for new project launches, located in the Pune Division. The consultant will engage with prospective homebuyers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the entire purchase journey for recent residential projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting project presentations, site visits, and property walkthroughs,
answering client queries, and providing transparent, honest recommendations aligned with S Cube’s trust-first approach. The role involves coordinating with developers and internal teams, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and staying updated on new launches, pricing, and market trends. The consultant will also support client onboarding, documentation, and post-sales follow-up to ensure a smooth and reliable transaction experience.
