Role Description The International Business Development Associate (Remote – European Shift) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role focuses on identifying and developing international business opportunities, with a primary emphasis on markets aligned to the European time zone. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing, while maintaining accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM tools. The role also involves monitoring international market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine business development strategies and achieve growth targets.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in International Business Development and International Business to identify, evaluate, and manage global opportunities.




• Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze international markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with global clients, prepare qualified documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive outreach, negotiate terms, and support closing deals in international markets.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in B2B sales or international business development, especially in European or global markets, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on European shift hours from the Mumbai office, manage multiple tasks, and meet defined targets.
