The Team
Enterprise Solutions (ES) Technology brings together data, software, services, and expertise to deliver innovative solutions for global financial markets. The team works closely with customers to help them manage complex business, regulatory, and risk requirements.
Financial Risk Analytics (FRA), part of Enterprise Solutions, delivers information-centric capital markets and risk solutions for trading desks and their risk-management partners. Its products support counterparty credit risk, xVA, and market risk for both buy-side and sell-side institutions.
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to join the FRA Technology team. Quality Engineering is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle and spans application, analytics, data, integration, and platform layers. The successful candidate will help evolve QA from a primarily validation-focused function into a proactive, automation-first, engineering-led capability.

The Impact
As a Lead Quality Engineer,



you will own and influence the quality strategy across the software delivery lifecycle—from requirements and solution design through development, release, and production support. You will partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Architecture, Operations, and Customer Support teams to identify risks early, improve test coverage, increase release confidence, and promote shared accountability for quality.
This role requires robust technical expertise, a solid understanding of financial risk platforms, and the ability to lead quality initiatives across agile delivery teams.
Responsibilities
• Own and continuously improve the quality strategy across the full software development lifecycle, embedding effective quality gates from requirements and design through release and production support.
• Shift quality engineering from defect detection to defect prevention by identifying risks, control gaps, and testability concern
