We are looking for a Senior Category Manager–South Business to build and scale our South-focused puja business. This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who can own business outcomes end-to-end, make sharp commercial decisions, and build a differentiated category by understanding customer needs, rituals, product assortment, and pricing.

The Role
As the Senior Category Manager, you will own the South business P&L; and drive its growth by building a relevant product catalog, defining pricing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and improving app orders and customer conversion.

You will work closely with the puja calendar owner, marketing, creative, product, and retention teams, to translate regional rituals, festivals,



and customer insights into commercially successful offerings.

This role offers the prospect to build and scale a business from the ground up, with significant ownership and the ability to shape category strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & P&L; Ownership
• Own the end-to-end P&L; for the South business, driving revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business performance.
• Define business goals, key performance indicators, and category-level growth plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, increase average order value (AOV), and drive repeat purchases.
• Track business performance, identify gaps, and take data-backed decisions to improve outcomes.

2. Category Strategy & Catalog Development
• Build and scale a differentiated South-focused puja catalog based on regional customer needs, rituals, and preferences.
• Define product assortment, SKUs, bundles, and offerings for key rituals, festivals, and every
