Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing accurate information and troubleshooting assistance. The individual will log and track tickets, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, escalating complex technical or service problems, and adhering to defined service-level timelines.



The Customer Support Executive will also contribute to support documentation and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on clear, empathetic communication.
• Experience in driving Customer Satisfaction through timely resolution, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Proficiency in Online Support channels, including email, chat, or web-based ticketing systems.
• Ability to provide basic Technical Support, diagnose common issues, and coordinate with technical teams when needed.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort using CRM or helpdesk tools and standard office software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a quick-paced, customer-focused environment.
