-Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sr. Technical Sales Engineer at Aerosys HVAC Solutions in Pune, with flexibility for remote work. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, sales engineering, and communication related to selling commissioning and energy-saving solutions for HVAC systems. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, conducting technical sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

-Duties & Responsibilities:
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish customer rapport with products and services.
• Requirement analysis, coordinate with technical team and prepare techno commercial offer




• Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers.
• Timely payment collections from customers as per the agreed pay terms.
• Educating prospective customers on the superior products/services.
• Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure.
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
• Maintain customer information updated in the sales funnel.
• Participate in training on the latest industry technologies.
• Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs.
• Travel to site location in case required.
• Operate and manage LinkedIn page for company promotion and branding

-Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5-8 years of Sales experience is required in HVAC industry.
• Customer Service experience.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
