Designation: Event Management Executive OR Corporate Event

Role Summary:
Plan and deliver corporate events while ensuring seamless stakeholder coordination, vendor management, communications, branding, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution for corporate and employee engagement events.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate across internal teams and leadership.
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, logistics, and service delivery.
• Drive event communications, promotions, and attendee engagement.
• Ensure consistent branding across all event collateral and experiences.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, budgets, procurement, and safety standards.
• Track event outcomes and provide post-event reporting.
