Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen Stewarding Executive to join our dynamic culinary team in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal supervisory role, you'll lead kitchen stewarding operations with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, equipment care, and food safety. You'll work collaboratively with the Kitchen Stewarding Associates and broader culinary department to ensure seamless operations and exceptional support to our food and beverage services. providing explicit direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing training to enhance team performance and professional growth
• Oversee the maintenance, care, and proper functioning of all food and beverage operating equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Establish and enforce rigorous cleanliness and sanitation protocols across all kitchen areas, including storage, preparation, and service zones, in accordance with food safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of kitchen facilities to identify maintenance needs, equipment issues, and areas for improvement
• Manage inventory of stewarding supplies and equipment, optimizing stock levels while maintaining cost efficiency
• Collaborate with the culinary team and kitchen management to resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
