What you’ll do

Technology is at the heart of our organization. We have a solid engineering team, and we're looking to expand our tech team. As part of the tech team, you’ll be:
• Partnering with the product/business teams to understand the product features and specifications, translate them into high-level and low-level design
• Participating in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle - design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Writing elegant, effective, and scalable code while maintaining the highest level of coding standards
• Taking ownership of the work and ensuring timely deliveries
• Driving innovation while relentlessly improving performance

What you'll need

Must-haves
• 1+ years of experience as a Java backend developer with strong knowledge of Java web frameworks like Spring Boot, and experience working in Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience working with Linux/Unix platform
• Strong knowledge of SQL and RDBMS like PostgreSQL/MySQL, etc.
• Experience in Python, Git




• Strong technical aptitude and good knowledge of CS fundamentals
• Strong design skills involving data modelling and low-level class design
• Follow industry coding standards and be responsible for writing maintainable, scalable, and efficient code to solve business problems

Good to have
• BTech. / MTech. in Computer Science or equivalent degree
• Prior experience working in a start-up environment
