We are expanding our international business footprint and are seeking a seasoned International Sales Manager with proven experience in selling BIM and outsourced engineering services to global clients.
Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing international sales professional with hands-on experience in BIM / Engineering services sales for outsourced delivery models.



The ideal candidate will have a strong existing network and a successful track record of developing new business across the USA, Canada, UK, or Europe.
Candidates without prior experience in BIM or outsourced engineering services will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for acquiring new clients in North America and Europe.
• Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales with engineering firms, EPCs, contractors, and fabricators.
• Drive end-to-end business development activities from prospecting to proposal presentation and contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business growth.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
• Represent Cadeploy Engineering at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
