Nature of the Job
The Paid Social Media Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage paid social media campaigns. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day execution of campaigns while contributing to social media strategy and driving its implementation.
The specialist will work closely with marketing, web analytics, digital marketing, web development, and other business partners,



bridging the gap between strategy and execution through robust technical and strategic expertise in setting up and managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, media buying, and/or paid social strategy development.
• Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms, emerging paid social technologies, and industry best practices.
• Genuine interest in social media and emerging advertising platforms.

Key Accountabilities
1. Paid Social Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Quora, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and the overall digital marketing strategy.

2. Budget and Performance Tracking
• Manage paid social media budgets, ensuring accurate pacing and effective allocation of
