ABOUT THE ROLE

Roles & Responsibilities:





Benefits Strategy Implementation
• Support the day-to-day operational activities associated with employee advantages programs, which may include medical, insurance, retirement, leave, wellness and other benefits and perquisites for JAPAC and ELMAC regions.
• Translate approved regional and global benefits strategies into implementation activities, operational processes, and deliverables across assigned markets.

• Conduct benchmarking and market research to support recommendations for program enhancements.

• Coordinate implementation of approved benefit design changes and new initiatives.

• Support benefits activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations, including benefit comparisons, implementation planning, and operational transitions.

Program Management & Operations
• Manage recurring benefits processes including annual renewals, enrolment activities, vendor updates, and program change
