The role

As a Manager – Graphics & Videos, you will own high-quality design and video output across social
media, marketing campaigns, brand, and internal communications. You will setting the creative bar and turning briefs into polished, on-brand visual stories.

The role requires strong design and video craft, a solid grasp of brand systems, and the ability to translate complex or content-heavy information into clear, engaging communications. You should be
comfortable moving between static design, presentations, and video and motion work while managing
multiple projects to deadline.

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, brand-minded, and able to give clear




direction while staying hands-on.

Key responsibilities

• Create polished visual solutions across social, digital, presentations, brand, and internal communications.
• Design a range of assets including decks, one-pagers, infographics, social graphics, and campaign creatives.
• Translate complex or content-heavy information into explicit, engaging, and on-brand communications.
• Edit video content such as interviews, product explainers, event recaps, and social cutdowns.
• Handle editing, color correction, audio cleanup, captioning, and export across channels and aspect ratios.
• Apply Alike’s brand standards consistently and spot brand drift or inconsistencies before delivery.
• Prepare production-ready files and proof work for alignment, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of craft.
• Respond quickly to feedback, incorporate revisions thought
