What you’ll do:

Role Overview
Own the end-to-end real estate lifecycle for E-Pump sites, including site sourcing, negotiations, agreement management, rent payments, and building a robust land pipeline to support rapid network expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Site Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close new sites in line with business requirements and expansion plans.
• Commercial Negotiation: Drive landlord negotiations to secure optimal rental terms, deposits, tenure, and other commercial conditions.
• Agreement Management: Own the complete lifecycle of real estate agreements, including documentation, execution, renewals, and escalations.
• Rent Management:



Ensure timely processing and payment of rent and other contractual obligations across all live sites.
• City Scout Management: Lead and manage the city scouting team, setting targets for site identification, pipeline creation, and closures.
• Land Pool Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sites across priority cities to improve site availability and reduce expansion turnaround time.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and internal Legal, Finance, and Business teams.
• Execution: Ensure finalized rent agreements are released and executed with landlords within defined timelines.
