Role Description The Field Manager – Small-Town Merchandising is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees merchandising activities across small-town markets, ensuring product visibility, accurate assortment, and adherence to brand guidelines at retail outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting stores, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating product placement, and implementing promotional plans. The Field Manager builds and maintains relationships with store owners and staff,



trains in-store teams on merchandising standards, and gathers market feedback to inform strategy. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, reporting on field activities, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve overall execution.
