Manager, Account Management

Mastercard is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join the Financial Institutions (FI) team. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with Banks and Financial Institutions while identifying new business opportunities that drive revenue growth and expand Mastercard's presence within the banking ecosystem.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to customers, developing deep stakeholder relationships,



uncovering opportunities for collaboration, and delivering innovative payment solutions that create mutual value. The role requires a combination of relationship management, business development, strategic thinking, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of Banks and Financial Institutions, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen existing client relationships, increase customer engagement, and drive sustainable business growth.
• Identify opportunities within existing customer portfolios to expand Mastercard's products, services, and solutions, generating incremental revenue and increasing market share.
• Proactively scout for and secure new business opportunities with existing and prospective banking partners to achieve business development objectives.
