The Java Full Stack Developer is an intermediate-level technology skilled responsible for designing, developing, testing and supporting scalable enterprise applications in coordination with the Technology team. The role requires hands-on full-stack development experience and the ability to contribute across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment and actively participate in planning, refinement, estimation and delivery activities.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, seek clarifications and contribute to well-defined acceptance criteria and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality full-stack applications using modern engineering practices.
• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot, along with modern web-based user interfaces using Angular/React.
• Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Kafka and other messaging technologies.
• Develop secure,



reliable and performant solutions while meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable and testable code with appropriate unit, integration and automated testing.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and reusable development patterns.
• Leverage DevOps practices including automated builds, CI/CD, automated testing, vulnerability scanning and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Identify and address technical debt, application vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
• Automate repetitive operational and SDLC activities to improve engineering efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, QA, support teams and other technology stakeholders.
