Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development role based in Chandigarh, India. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities across the bank’s product range, including deposits, loans,



and other retail and MSME offerings. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting local market research, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to deepen engagement. The Business Development professional will collaborate with branch teams to design and execute outreach activities, achieve sales and growth targets, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends, and supporting initiatives that enhance the bank’s presence and reputation in the region.
