Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager/ASE – GT – Personal Care role based in Bengaluru, South India. The role involves managing general trade (GT) sales for personal care products in the assigned territory, including planning and executing sales strategies to achieve volume, value, and distribution targets.



The Area Sales Manager/ASE will oversee distributor and retailer relationships, drive new account acquisition, and ensure strong product visibility and merchandising in key outlets. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, and sharing insights to support pricing, promotions, and product positioning. The role also requires regular field visits, tracking sales performance, supporting team members, and coordinating with internal stakeholders such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth operations in the region.
