Location: Open to candidates based across Asia, including India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and other locations offering suitable working-hour overlap with our Singapore team.

About the role
Maison 21G Paris is looking for an experienced, Odoo-certified technical specialist to support, maintain and improve our ERP system on an ongoing, part-time basis.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of technical issues, resolve operational blockers, build reliable connections between systems and develop recent features that make our team’s daily work easier.
This is a hands-on role combining technical support, development and a strong understanding of business processes. We need more than someone who identifies problems: we need someone who can investigate them, explain the solution clearly and implement it properly.
You will work directly with our team, becoming a trusted technical partner who is responsive,



professional and comfortable supporting colleagues who are not technical specialists.

What you will do
Troubleshoot and resolve issues. Investigate bugs, system errors, failed transactions, access problems and workflow interruptions. Identify the root cause, implement lasting fixes and help prevent recurring issues.
Develop and maintain integrations. Create, troubleshoot and improve API connections between Odoo and external platforms, particularly accounting software, banking services, payment providers and point-of-sale systems. Ensure data flows accurately, with appropriate monitoring and handling of failed or duplicate transactions.
Create new features and improvements. Develop or customise modules, workflows, automations, reports and dashboards to meet our operational needs. Recommend standard Odoo functionality wherever appropriate before introducing unnecessary custom development.
