• Install, configure, and troubleshoot FortiGate or CheckPoint firewall solutions.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and firewall-related issues.

• Perform implementation, configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance of network security devices.

• Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and implementation activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer support and project execution.

• Valuable hands-on experience with FortiGate or Check Point firewall technologies.

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs,



and firewall concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

• Relevant Fortinet or Check Point certifications are an added advantage.

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• CCNA Certification is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory for effective customer interactions.

• Willingness to travel for onsite support and implementation activities.
