What would you do? • The Instructional Design Senior Lead helps build the conceptual design, guides the team to execute the design & is responsible for the overall design integrity of the learning asset.




• The Instructional Design Senior Lead provides the day-to-day direction of multiple training development project, specifically course projects with medium to large scope (output hours average over 24) & significant budget.

• The Instructional Design Senior Lead ensures that projects are executed according to CDC process, quality, budget, and milestone standards.
• The Instructional Design Senior Lead tracks and reports progress to ensure completion according to agreed-upon schedule and within budget requirements for an average team of 5 to 7 Instructional Design Analysts and Senior Analysts.

• Ability to plan and estimate tasks; knowledge of project management tools including work planning and resource scheduling
• Advanced knowledge of issue identification and problem-solving tools
