Job Description

The Post Sales & Sales Coordination Executive will be responsible for managing customer coordination activities after flat bookings, ensuring smooth documentation, payment verification, and registration processes. The role also supports the marketing and sales teams in campaign execution,



vendor/platform payment management, and operational assistance during team member absences or peak workload periods. The ideal candidate should possess robust coordination skills, customer handling abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Post Sales Coordination

 Handle all post-sales customer coordination activities from booking until registration ompletion.

 Verify customer payment schedules, receipts, and outstanding dues.

 Coordinate with finance/accounts teams for payment confirmations and reconciliations.

 Ensure all required customer documents are collected and maintained properly.

 Coordinate registration schedules and assist customers through the registration

process.

 Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding pending payments and

documentat
