• Match exception analysis.

• Weekly and monthly chasing of outstanding PO receipting.

• Chasing requisition approvals.

• Requesting and subsequently chasing suppliers to include PO details on invoices.

• Contacting business owners to deal with PO / invoice queries and following up through to resolution

• Creation of change orders (as needed) to resolve PO / invoice queries (with business approval).

• Cancellation of requisitions and POs and raising of replacements where errors have been made with the contracting entity, supplier or currency.

• Closing completed POs and clearing remaining balances.

• Setting up low-value requisitions and POs.

• Providing basic support and guidance to business users.

• Escalating issues between Finance and Procurement.

• Providing strategic sourcing support where required and capacity allows.
