Position: QA Trainer
? Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
? About the Role We are seeking a Quality Assurance Trainer to design, deliver, and monitor training programs for our Tele‑Collection Executives. The trainer will ensure that all employees are equipped with the right communication skills, compliance knowledge, and recovery techniques to meet organizational standards in loan collections.
? Key Responsibilities
• Conduct induction and refresher training sessions for tele‑collection executives.
• Train staff on loan recovery processes, compliance guidelines, and customer handling.
• Develop training modules, scripts, and role‑plays to improve call quality and recovery efficiency.
• Monitor live calls and provide constructive feedback to executives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI/ NBFC compliance, and ethical recovery practices.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Maintain training records, reports, and track progress of trainees.




• Coach underperforming executives to improve productivity and retention.
• Conduct periodic assessments to certify readiness of employees.

? Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate (Mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in Collections / Loan Recovery / QA Training.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language preferred).
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in loan recovery.
• Ability to design engaging training content and deliver sessions effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
