Job Description – Senior Executive, Digital Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Digital Marketing
professional who can independently manage marketing initiatives, take
end-to-end ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution with minimal
supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM & Lead Management

• Manage
HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for marketing lead tracking.

• Maintain
accurate lead records, campaign attribution, engagement tracking and
reports.

• Coordinate
with Sales on lead follow-ups.

2. Digital Campaigns

• Plan
and execute B2B digital marketing, email and lead generation campaigns.

• Manage
campaign content, creatives, landing pages, execution and performance
reporting.

3. LinkedIn & Social Media

• Own
the LinkedIn content calendar and timely publishing.

• Develop
social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.

• Monitor
engagement and ensure brand consistency.

4. Website Management

• Manage




website revamp projects, coordinating with agencies and internal
stakeholders.

• Own
project timelines, content updates, feedback, approvals and deliverables.

5. Events & Webinars

• Coordinate
event and webinar registrations, promotions, logistics and stakeholder
communication.

• Manage
event trackers, attendee follow-ups and lead reporting.

6. Ownership & Execution

• Independently
drive tasks from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.

• Maintain
transparent trackers, provide timely updates and escalate risks.

• Ensure
accuracy, accountability and on-time delivery of all assigned activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+
years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS
or technology.

• Proven
experience managing website revamp projects.

• Hands-on
experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong
LinkedIn content calendar and Canva skills
